Guest Post: NikiReadsRomance, “Four Must-Read Fall Romances”

Hello new friends!  I know what you’re thinking. Who are you and what have you done with Ivy?! Don’t worry, she’ll be back. I’m just a subpar fill in and hopefully you’ll have some reading inspiration by the end!  And, to answer your question (we’re going to pretend that you asked) my name is Niki; romance reader, coffee fiend, and book hoarder extraordinaire and I’m here to share some sweet and some spicy fall reads with you!

We are in the midst of one of my favorite seasons: FALL!!! What do you think of when you think of fall? I live in New England where foliage reigns supreme this time of year and when I think of of fall, I think of cooler weather, cozy sweatshirts, possibly some apple cider, and definitely some warm and fuzzy fall romance reads.

And, you’re in luck! I’m here to share some romance reads with you that are perfect for curling up with a comfy blanket and your favorite fall beverage.

Flawless: A Small Town Enemies to Lovers Romance by Elsie Silver

This book is absolutely swoon worthy! Rhett, the cocky and handsome bull rider finds himself with a babysitter after a very public mistake.  The babysitter you may ask? Summer, his agent’s daughter and totally off limits.  How will they handle being stuck together? Well, let’s just say some sparks fly between these two!

With modern western vibes, writing that makes you feel like you can picture exactly the type of smirk on Rhett’s face, some serious heat, and a happily ever after?  This is a wonderful read!

FYI: There are some pretty steamy scenes in this book, if that is not within your comfort level, you may want to skip those sections.

What a Match (Lovestruck Book 2) by Mimi Grace

This is such an adorable read and just chock full of fall vibes!

Gwen thinks she knows what she wants in a man but, somehow, they just keep falling short.  Anthony, her brother’s best friend, doesn’t necessarily fit the mold but, after having Anthony as her houseguest… and some romantic moments neither were anticipating… will Gwen forgo her checklist and follow her feelings?

There are so many cute and fun moments in their story!

Sweet Surrender: Citrus Pines Book 3: A Small Town, Steamy, Enemies To Lovers, Second Chance Romance by Lila Dawes

This small town romance has a dash of suspense, a heaping amount of spice, the perfect amount of laughter, with a side of wonderful characters.  Beau and Taylor were once as close as best friends could be.  Then they became enemies.  But when Taylor needs help of the fake boyfriend variety Beau steps in to save the day and soon their fake relationship starts to blur the lines into real feelings.

There are some content warnings noted by the author with this one:

“Content: Abortion, abandonment, adoption, stalking, violence and threat of sexual assault and should only be read by those 18+ – please take care of yourself when reading.”

Fall Back Into Love: A Romantic Comedy Collection

So, this anthology has 10 short stories for you to laugh, cry, and feel all the good feelings!

If you’ve not read an anthology like this before, it’s a good way to read stories by authors you might now have read before or find some quick reads if you don’t feel like diving into a full-length novel.

Are you sick of me yet? Well, good news! This will be the last of my ramblings, I promise!

For a little something different, here are just a couple of new releases I’m looking forward to reading this season that might be worth the read as well:

I do hope these spark your interest, if not that’s okay too! As the saying goes, “so many books, not enough time!” If that’s not an actual saying, it should be.  Happy reading friends!
